About the Author
Linda Sauget grew up in Chicago, Illinois, and received her master's degree from the University of Illinois. Those who know her wonder how she ever lived in a climate with temperatures that dip below seventy degrees. That's why she lives in mild and sunny Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.
Sauget is the vice president of a healthcare consulting firm, active member of Toastmasters International, and a naturally optimistic, positive thinker.
Q. Do you have a favorite quotation?
A. This question is as difficult as asking if I'd rather lose my right arm or my left arm. So many quotations are motivating and inspiring to me, but if I had to choose one it would be something Albert Einstein said: "It is better to believe than to disbelieve, for in believing, everything is brought into the realm of possibility."
Possibility signifies hope, and hope keeps us going!
Q. Why do you like quotations?
A. I love quotations because in a single sentence an entire philosophy is expressed. It is like sitting at the feet of the greatest thinkers and getting the essence of their teaching in a single sentence.
